What You’re Great At:

You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. You are growth-minded, extremely organized, solutions-based, and results-driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service.

What You’ll Do:

  • High-level ownership of all tasks and projects assigned to you or that you discover are needed
  • Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions
  • Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers
  • Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.
  • Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
  • Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met
  • Extraordinary levels of communication with clients during and after their transaction
  • Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files
  • Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and Partner Call

Other Details:

  • Real estate license preferred, required within 90 days of hire
  • Compensation DOE, range from $50,000-$60,000
  • We have a Monday through Friday, in-house work model with flexibility for an occasional work from home day and vacation planning.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
